See it God’s Way
Rise up above human’s wisdom, and challenge yourself to see things God’s way. If you see things the way you see them carnally and with your physical eyes, you will fall. Time has come that we see things the way the Lord sees them. Do not worry about what people say or see; what matters is what God says, and how He sees your situation. Personally I choose to care about what matters most, which is what God sees.
2 Kings 6:15-17
And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”
16 So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
When you realize that where you are is not where you are supposed to be, you will be doing what God wants for you. God raises you from one level to another, but you have to see it and realize that it is your time to rise up. When you realize that it’s your time to rise up in worship, lifestyle, prayer, and financial status etc., even the kingdom of darkness starts shaking up. The good thing is there is nothing the kingdom of darkness can do to keep you away from rising up.
Just like the young prophets in 2 Kings 6:1-6 benefited from staying around Elisha, an anointed one of God, you will benefit if you stay around someone who has been anointed by the Spirit of God. Guard your vision, what God gave you over your life. Guard it against the devil, not against the anointed one of God. Discern very clearly if that is the servant of God that God has given you, and if it is, then walk with that servant, and you will see by the same sight. Do not hide the visions. Walk with the anointed one of the Lord in openness, and you will be able to share the same vision. The anointing of the Lord over the servant of God's life will cause situations that have sunk like the metallic ax-head to float back to the top. I decree in the name of Jesus' that whatever the enemy sank in your life float back to the top by the power of the Most High, that everyone may know that whatever had sunk at the beginning of November floated back. I command your eyes to start seeing the floating miracle. Whether your life has sunk in sin, problems etc., I command it to float back up in Jesus' name.
If you are a leader, do not be discouraged and see things the human and physical way. Encourage yourself, and rise back up, so that your followers and students may rise back up. Do not allow the ones you are leading to see you being down. When you see things like a leader, the ones following you will also see things your way and also rise back up. This is why Jesus said that the student is not above the teacher, in Luke 6:39-40 and Matthew 10:24-26.
Start to see things the way God sees them. You will hear many things in the world, as the world has it's own view; but you do not have to take it in. Choose to fix your eyes on the author and finisher of your faith, asking the Lord to open your eyes and enable you to see things the way God sees them.
Psalm 34:19
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
It's not that there are no afflictions; they are there in plenty, BUT promises to deliver you out of them all. Remind your afflictions that the Lord has come to deliver you, and stop seeing the afflictions, see the deliverance of the Lord.
Back to our text: Elisha in 2 Kings 6:8-12 had a discernment to know what the enemies were planning. If we have such discernment, the enemies will not surprise us; instead, God will help us discover the secrets of our enemies and be ready. God can even reveal to you the answers to an interview that is coming. If you do not want to wander around, stay with HIM who will reveal to you things you need to know.
When Elisha's servant started to fear, Elisha told him to fear not. Fear not my brother and my sister. Pray that the Lord may open your eyes, so that you may see things His way. However pressed you may feel by your afflictors, open your eyes and see the army of God on your side. The ones on your side are more than the ones on the enemy's side. When you see the Lord's way, your enemies will be at your mercy. When you stay in the anointing of the Most High, become a friend of God and walk with Him, you will command your enemies and they will be at your mercy.
Do not be afraid of your enemies.
John 16:33
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
Jesus was not afraid of the cross, instead He saw where He was going, saw it the Lord's way, and overcame.
In Genesis 13:9-18, Lot chose land using his physical eyes, but it is Abraham who chose land using spiritual eyes who was blessed. How are you seeing things? Are you seeing with Abraham's eyes, or Lot's eyes? When you see people start panicking and seeing things the world's eyes, you need to stand out and see things God's way.
In Joshua 6:2-20, God told Joshua to see that He had given him the city of Jericho, even before he conquered it. Joshua obeyed and saw things the way God saw them, and eventually they conquered the city.
Proverbs 20:12
The hearing ear and the seeing eye, the Lord has made them both.
Each of us has a hearing ear to hear from God, and a seeing eye to see things God's way. When the Samaritan woman in John 4 met Jesus, her eyes were opened and she started seeing Jesus not as another "catch", but as the light, and called others to the light. Allow your eyes to see the light of Christ, and you will sing a new song that will call others to the light.
Mark 8:18
Ezekiel 12:2
“Son of man, you dwell in the midst of a rebellious house, which has eyes to see but does not see, and ears to hear but does not hear; for they are a rebellious house.
Since you have been given eyes to see, choose not to be rebellious, but to use them to see.
Isaiah 43:19
Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
Mark 8:22-25
Then He came to Bethsaida; and they brought a blind man to Him, and begged Him to touch him. 23 So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the town. And when He had spit on his eyes and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything.
24 And he looked up and said, “I see men like trees, walking.” 25 Then He put His hands on his eyes again and made him look up. And he was restored and saw everyone clearly.
Pray that the Lord may help you see things clearly, not see things vaguely like the blind man the first time his eyes were open. Reject spiritual blindness. Command spiritual blindness to flee, that you may see things clearly, to start seeing visions, as the Lord wants you to see. I command your eyes to be opened in Jesus' name.
